Where: Forsyth Park 8:00 PM

The Sapphire Bullets of Pure Love Featuring the Bonaventure Horns is a 40+ year old, 12-member, funky R&B Savannah-based band that travels regionally throughout the southeast.

The band has a huge “book” of songs…over 300 to be close. These tunes range from traditional “Big Band” numbers, as well as hits from popular jazz and R&B tunes. The audiences are on their feet almost immediately and this band keeps them up there throughout their set.

Members of the Bullets all live locally throughout Savannah and are proud to call Savannah their home and represent the Savannah music community:
The Bullets are led by their bass player Phillip Mcdonald. Tim Love is the singer of the band. Bill Smith and Blake Carlisle are on the guitars. Paul Mazo is on keyboards. Billy Hoffman and Doug Dorkins as the drummers. Robin Beauchamp is the second trumpet. Kirk Lee as the first trumpet. Dave Fulton is on the trombone. Larry Golden plays saxophone, and Gloria Sutter plays the baritone saxophone.
