This year, The Duke would have been 126 years old, and we celebrate this birthday with special guest saxophonist and educator, Owen Broder. Owen’s educational course on Johnny Hodges, the influential saxophonist in The Duke’s band, was developed with Jazz at Lincoln Center and will be part of our Educational Programs in March and April leading up to this very special concert.
