VIP ticket sales go to support the performers — VIP tickets are non-refundable, and potentially tax-deductible contributions.
In the event that the Jazz Festival must relocate to the Lucas Theater because of inclement weather, or for any other reason, reserved alternative seating will be made available until 10 minutes before the start of the performance.
